Custom Legal Software continues to offer Colorado Child Support Guidelines software which has been relied upon by Family Law Lawyers and Colorado Courts for more years than I care to count. (Would you believe 1989?)

You may also be interested in Legal Math, a very cool program that will calculate interest on past due child support, calculate the present value of a pension plan and solve lots of other interesting family law related math problems.

Colorado Financial Affidavit
(Version 2006)

Colorado Financial Affidavit Version 2006 is no longer being offered for sale by Custom Legal Software.  ProVault LLC takes over all rights to the Financial Affidavit program in December.

You can continue to use your existing Financial Affidavit program as long as you like and as long as it works for you. Custom Legal Software (not ProVault) will continue to support your existing Financial Affidavit program until early May, 2010.  (See notes below the red line below.)

ProVault has released a new on line method for preparation of Financial Affidavits.  You can learn more about the ProVault product at:

You can view a Demo of the ProVault program at:  www.provaultdivorce.com

Starting at the Customer Support page of www.legalmath.com (button to the left), existing users of Financial Affidavit Version 2006 can continue, until early May, 2010, to download the most recent "build" of Version 2006.

Starting at the Customer Support page of www.legalmath.com (button near the top on the left), existing users of Financial Affidavit Version 2006 can continue, until early May, 2010, to get answers to frequently asked questions about Version 2006.  You may use your Financial Affidavit program as long as you like and as long as it works for you.  But if you have any questions or if something isn’t working properly after early May, 2010, I will not be able to assist you. If and when State Judicial replaces the form, the Financial Affidavit will become obsolete.

A fix was made on April 16, 2009 to insure that the total value of Household Goods and Furnishings gets properly added to one of the displayed totals.

A fix was made in May, 2009, to correct some difficulties some users were experiencing when changing the registered name that prints on the Affidavit document.

The Customer Support Page (button to the left) explains how existing users can, without charge, get a replacement Version 2006.
