Download Colorado Child Support Program

This updated Windows Vista compatible program will have to be purchased, as a "new user" or as an "update", and will require a different Activation Code than the one you may now have for Version 2007, Version 2005 or Version 2003.)

If you have purchased a multi-computer license, after downloading, you can create additional occurrences of the program by copying  ChildSupportSetup2008.exe  to a USB "memory stick" or to a CD.  Then use the memory stick or CD to install the program to other locations. 

When prompted in the download process, specify that you want to 
"Save this Program to Disk"  or  "Save File"    or   "Download File"
 
Specify a download location that you can find or remember,
Specify:    Desktop (best)      or    c:\my docments (second best) or 
c:\my downloaded files   
 or    c:\windows\temp
Read this: Pay attention before telling your browser to save or download. You must be sure to remember and be able to find the location on your hard disk to which the downloaded file will be saved.
Downloading will save the compressed file, ChildSupportSetup2008.exe to your hard disk.

Once the file ChildSupportSetup2008.exe  has been downloaded and saved, you must run ("execute") the file.  
If you specified that the downloaded file should be saved to your "desktop", there will be a new icon on your desktop.  To run the setup process, double click this new icon.  
If you did not save the file to your Windows Desktop you will need to "go to" the location where you saved the file and then run it from wherever it is found.  The best place from which to do this is from Start/Run in the lower left corner of the desktop.  Left click START   Then left click RUN    Then from the RUN dialog box click "Browse" to locate and highlight the file ChildSupportSetup2008.exe  Then click OPEN.  Then Click OK  The installation process will extract all program files and then give you the option to install the program.

The installation process will ask you where you want the program to be installed.  It will be installed to the directory (folder) named c:\program files\child support  unless you tell it differently.
[Note: You can install the program to some other folder if you if you wish.  However, unless you have strong reasons for doing so, please install the program to the default location mentioned above.

When finished, you should have:   
1. A new folder called c:\program files\support which contains all program files.
2. A red and white icon on your desktop from which you can run the program.
3. A new entry on your Start Menu from which you can run the program and access the program's instructions (Instructions require Adobe Acrobat.)

New Customers: Before using the program you will need to pay (or arrange to pay) for the program. At that time you can obtain a "Activation Code" from Custom Legal Software (303-443-2634) in order to activate the program.  You can also make a credit card payment and get an Activation Code through this web site.
